Discoworld supply sound and lighting equipment to professional DJs, entertainers and venues. It is therefore assumed that the products we sell are being purchased on a business to business basis and the item will be used for professional use.
All prices include VAT at the current rate and are subject to change and availability. We aim to despatch all orders the same day when placed before 4pm and you can order in the following ways:

All the products we sell carry a manufacturers’ 12 month warranty, excluding consumables and discs. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer and not Disco World, therefore we cannot be held responsible for any losses due to warranty problems.
Returns and refunds
In the unlikely event your product becomes faulty please contact us to obtain a returns number and discuss the problem. Should the item(s) be faulty within 28 days of purchase and you still have all the original packaging we will ensure the item is collected from you (Zone 1, 2 and 3 only) and a new one sent once we verify the fault. However, if the item is faulty after this time or the original packaging is no longer available then we will arrange collection and send it to the manufacturer for repair. Please be aware that if we collect an item which turns out not to be faulty we have no option but to charge the customer the collection costs and re-delivery costs - so always discuss the fault beforehand to ensure this doesn't happen. The charge is usually £15 for Zone 1,2 and 3.
The Long Distance Selling Regulations apply to mail order customers only, where you have up to 7 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund. The items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. The customer should then ensure the item(s) are sufficiently packaged. When returning items please ensure you use clear tape and not gaffa/brown tape, that all accessories are included, and you use an outer packaging around the product display box. If you are sending an effects machine back then you should ensure the unit is empty of fluid before returning.
Return the goods back to us enclosing a copy of the original receipt with a note confirming that you are returning the goods within 7 days. We will then issue a credit for the item(s) less a 10% surcharge (min £10) to cover both our delivery, packaging and administration costs. Should the items arrive back ‘not as new’ then a full refund will not be given. Discs are not returnable. This regulation does not apply to customers buying from our showroom.
Please note : Any items arriving damaged should be signed for as damaged and reported within 48 hours.
